Refood, Kuwait's first non-profit company dedicated to serving every family seeking high-quality food choices, is here to offer you a better choice.

Refood sends every subscriber a large selection of foods & goods right to their door, delivered in refrigerated vehicles to ensure quality. Each product selection is packed in a basket to ensure safety of products during delivery. The basket ensures a vast selection from everything found at supermarket shelves; that's because, our generous suppliers, believe in doing their responsibility towards the environment and in supporting you! This goes to show how active and generous our local companies are. We are truly proud to offer a service that brings together society's different entities to serve a meaningful cause and bring forward a generous solution.

Registration is completely free and open to all families, blood relatives, or cohabitating adults. Once accepted, members have the option to subscribe to receive their foods & goods products at their door.  Subscription fees cover the service charge only, which helps us continue to bring you these great baskets. The products are from our suppliers to you, and that's how you get all these products for free with our service!

Members are also welcome to use our Family Friends program, where they receive baskets without any charges once they invite their friends and family.


What’s in the basket?

at refood we strive to include high-quality products and provide the best available goods for our members. we partner with many suppliers from the food and consumer goods industries including restaurants to fill our foods & goods baskets with a diverse range of product categories that include but are not limited to dairy products, canned food, dry goods, condiments,  snacks, as well as non-food products that range from personal hygiene products to household care products.     

 
 

How can I get a basket?

Step #1 : Register as a member & receive your registration file number

This step is the first step all our members go through to be registered with Refood. All successfully registered members receive a registration file number that refood uses to identify them so they can submit an order anytime after registration.

note: if you have a file number, you are already registered and can directly order a basket here.

 

steps to register in the refood database:

  1. prepare the required documents for submission

    • civil id cards for all group members (adults and dependents). birth certificates and driving licenses are also accepted in the absence of a civil id card for the children

    • proof of financial income of applying adults

    • for families, please also include a marriage or divorce certificate 

  2. submit an application

    • after submission, a message will appear stating that you have submitted the application successfully. 

    • submitting the application successfully does not mean immediate acceptance into refood, but rather that your application has been submitted and will be under review.

    • the processing team reviews the application and accepts qualifying members. the applicant is contacted through WhatsApp on the given number in the form, to be updated with the status of the application.

  3. receive a message containing your file number - this is the permanent private registration number that is used to identify the applicant in our database. members are identified with this number when applying for any subscription or contacting refood. the number consists of 4-5 digits. please save it and keep it private.

Step #2 : order a basket

  • visit our website to submit an order here. you can select either 1 or 2 or 3 baskets. If you select more than 1 basket, each basket will be delivered separately throughout the month, not all at once.

  • choose the payment method

    • electronic payment by bank card (k-net, visa, or mastercard)

    • cash (cash)

      • there is an additional 2 kd cash collection fee for all cash payments added to the selected delivery subscription

  • receive a whatsapp order confirmation followed by a delivery scheduling confirmation

 

Receive the basket!

delivery terms:

  1. prepare the civil id of one of the 2 main registered adults and present them to the driver upon his arrival. 

  2. an adult must be ready to receive the package upon the driver’s arrival. only adults are allowed to receive the basket, as children are not able to carry the basket due to its heavy weight.

  3. refrain from asking drivers to enter any building for any reason, as the driver is not allowed to enter any building.

  4. respond to the driver when he calls before reaching the specified address, this call is to confirm that he is arriving shortly. please be sure that an adult is present and is ready to receive the package with the required civil id.

  5. meet the driver to receive the package as soon as the driver arrives. the driver is allowed to wait no more than three minutes. this is to ensure the maintenance of the rest of the packages inside the truck. delay in reaching the driver leads to forfeiting the package.

  

Terms and Conditions:

the use of products and foods is for personal use only and shared among members registered in the database only.

food and consumer items are delivered and are suitable for human consumption during the validity period. please consume accordingly. family members are responsible for their use after the end of the validity period. 

members are fully responsible for the validity of the food received, the method and time of its consumption, starting from the hour and date it was received, as refood is not liable for any damage resulting from the storing or misuse of products after they have been delivered.


Refund Policy:

the goods you receive are free courtesy of our generous suppliers, the service fee is nonrefundable because the cost is already incurred.
